I think the hardest thing for me is going to be exercising. I have an old treadmill that I can walk on but the computer part of it doesn't work. I also have a set of steps that I could use to exercise on and I can also just go outside and take a walk. Going outside for a walk is what I most prefer but the weather here is crappy right now so I'm hoping Spring gets here fast with some warmer temperatures. If anyone is reading this I hope that you can wish me some luck.
Here's a copy of the diabetic diet I'm going to follow.

Keep up the optimism! Remember that you are inspiring others and that you can get through this! I wish you the best! I know that you will do well!
ReplyDeleteHi Mark! I'm trying really hard to stay optimistic which is very hard when your the kind of guy who's always looked at the glass as half empty rather than half full. I've had two good days following this diabetic diet and for the first time in months I had a blood glucose number under 200 this morning or yesterday morning seeing as it's after 1 in the morning. If somehow I inspire others with my story I will feel very blessed. In any event I'm going to take one day at a time and see what happens. That's what I've had to do with the bipolar and although it's hard some days I seem to be doing somewhat better. Can't wait to talk to you and see you!!
